Hello and welcome to my e-portfolio! My name is Joann Samosiuk and I am excited and honored to be graduating from the Dental Hygiene Program at NYC College of Technology this June 2014. Growing up, I was unsure of what my career would be, but I knew I enjoyed helping others. Following my interests for healthcare and sciences, in 2011 I decided I wanted to enter the field of dentistry and become a dental hygienist. My goal is to help others and provide each patient with a positive experience and individualized care.

I have learned so much these past two years from my academics and clinical experiences at NYC College of Technology. It has been a rigorous and amazing journey thus far and I am looking forward to what the future has to offer me.
