Bully is like Drugs, It can Harm You is a campaign created for children ages 8-12 years of age that live in the Bronx, mostly from  low income family . The idea of the campaign came into mind because of personal experience of bullying when I first came to this country, at age nine. Upon arriving New York City and entering elementary school in 2003 there was an older kid that use to made fun of me because I couldn’t speak the language (English). These experiences encourage me to become a better person, I dedicated five summers of my life to learn English and so I did. Our main mission is to help decrease violence in school and prevent anyone from getting hurt. Also the campaign helps young children to be aware of how bullying can have an effect in their life. I was also encourage to translate this brochure into Spanish, so those children that come for the first time can also be aware and not experience  what I have experience. My brochure describes what bullying is, tips on how to handle bullying if victimize and a small description of our mission.
