Janhmar Moquete is an aspiring Dominican artist and also known as the underdog illustrator. He was born and raised in Harlem, New York currently attending The City College of Technology as a Graphic Design Illustrator. His motivation began during his years as a Fight Inspector for different fight styles ranging from MMA to kickboxing. Observing how different fight styles blend and motivate new techniques is what he envisions to do with his art. He looks to create unique worlds and characters adapted from the different styles that aren’t presented in today’s society to lead way to something fresh.
