28 year old Caucasian female.  Presented with Black line stains along the cervical portion of the teeth lingually.

22 year old African American patient. Patient was unaware he was a diabetic until the age of 19.  He was then diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. Tooth #14 retained root tip. Teeth #’s 2,3,4 and 19 extracted due to carious lesions. Patient has generalized supra and subgingival calculus. Patient also has several interproximal caries which is visible on the radiographs.
