Through this internship experience, I like the design industry to bring me a lot of different surprises and experiences. From the first time I interned in a video conference, the first time I worked in a team, the first time I made a logo, and all kinds of designs were incredibly interesting to me.
Although in the middle, there will be great difficulties due to the requirements of customers and differences and opinions between colleagues. However, prompt communication and trust in the team can solve problems quickly, which also tells me the importance of division of labor and cooperation.
Because after comparing individual work, teamwork does leave most of the time on design, and everyone is doing their part, the whole project becomes methodical. It is not like doing all the design by yourself. It is a whole new experience.
Before, I was still thinking about whether there would be all kinds of problems if I cooperated with others, or whether there would be differences and different views because of different opinions. But from now on, whether it is individual work or teamwork, I think for me, I can do and do better.
