Position Description: Gallery Assistant- Assist day-to-day operations including aiding exhibitions coordination, helping with installations and displays. Customer servicing: greeting, providing insight and servicing clients and/or visitors. This is a new position and internship for me as I had never worked at a gallery but have always been interested and loved visiting museums and galleries. I gained valuable insight into the inner workings of gallery and how they prepare for exhibitions/shows to build on my fashion and business foundations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the art world. I have developed valuable skills in exhibition curation, customer service, and gallery management.
