A 53 years  old female  patient, ASA II due to smoking 1 pack of cigarettes  per day.  Patient presented with generalized mobility, and grade 1-2  furaction involvements. A 29 year old male, ASA I. Patient presented with generalized bulbous ,edema and erythema . Patient did not have any oral deep debridement in over 3 years. Heavy calculus sub and supragingival. Heavy case/ type III. Patient was also my CDCA boards candidate.  Below is a before picture.
