Elielās personal objectives are to network with as many people as possible to further enhance his interpersonal communication skills, market researching skills, and sharpening his writing skills. Eliel Morales is an extrovert, so his ability to freely speak out his ideas and opinions are very common when networking with others. His market researching skills are as good as his natural instinct to help other people who are working on the same goal. With kindness and patience, there will always be an understanding of what is being asked and what can be done or said in order to formulate a solution. Elielās writing skills are above-average, however, it needs an intensive amount of practice and reading in order for his writing to improve and write more important reports/school papers. His final personal objectives are being able to procrastinate less and initiate more self-voluntary work in places he knows he can help. The bad habit of leaving things last minute is a con that would have followed him if he never took the determination to change. Finally, there are times where Eliel sees opportunities in which he wants to help out, however, the area he wants to help in is involved in a different set of objectives and plans that may or may not take too long to analyze, plan, and execute.
One personal goal Eliel has is to attend more events that are related to the field that he is more interested in. The second goal is improving the current organizing and gathering techniques he has when he goes out for environmental scanning. The third personal goal Eliel has is to voice the necessary questions and concerns needed in order to fully grasp a task that is assigned. The fourth personal goal is to continue the pattern of creating art on canvas. Finally, the fifth goal is saving up all the money possible in order to invest everyday expenses like food, clothing, rent, and investment of his future brand.Ā
The more events Eliel attends, he will be able to meet people he already knows and meets new people who are interested in the same things as he is. This ties together with voices my own questions and concerns within or outside the workplace. With a line of respect and honesty, Eliel plans on voicing his views more whenever he is talking to someone new or to an employer. The personal goal of creating more art will also help Eliel understand the color palette and the mixes of colors. Elielās artistic background, practice, and understanding, helps him connect with the creative tasks that are assigned to him. With the final goal of knowing how to invest his own finance, his ability to invest wisely will help him in the long-run. The long-run of being able to invest in the necessity of everyday life and also have enough to fund his dreams.
