A research paper that highlighted issues within the fashion industry. These issues included: diversity/inclusion, tokenism, LGBTQ, cultural appropriation, the lack of diversity in the boardroom, the runway, to digital editing in fashion magazines. Apart from explaining the importance of these issues, different insights from various models and photographers are included in this research paper.
