Hello my name is Imani Trew. I am an 18 year old who is a Christian and very religious. I am one of the leader of the youth group in my church .I am a part of the worship dance team and drama team and I also sing. I went to Pelham Preparatory Academy High school, and that is where I realized I wanted to become a pastry chef. I picked New York City College Of Technology because I was told that the hospitality / culinary department was wonderful, and that is where I wanted to go in order to become the best pastry chef in the world. I love to bake pastries but my specialties are brownies, in my family I am known to be the baker of the family. I am willing to learn new techniques on baking pastries.
