Design of piece to be used in the construction of geodesic structures:
In the construction of geodesic structures, traditionally struts and hubs are required, and numerous different sizes/types of each at that. This design eliminates the need for separate struts and hubs, and can be produced to accommodate any combination of measurements. Also, it can be easily made out of flat stock on location, which can reduce transportation expenses.
