Health concerns is a huge priority for victims of human trafficking, they are physically and sexually abused.  These victims are at times heavily sedated with drugs that are given to them by force. They are at higher risk of contracting a disease, losing a vast amount of weight, and being physically hurt. It is important for the victims to receive imediate medical attention, because a large amount of human trafficking victims are from foreign countries, it becomes difficult for them to receive the apporiate mental health and medical attention they need.
