As a group I went with some classmates of mine to a preschool for special needs children. We screened these children for early childhood caries, and need for care. If the patient was in need of treatment we sent home a form with the student for their parents that the child was in need of care. I really enjoyed this opportunity I had to interact with the children, brush their teeth with them, and screen them.
