My ability to gather ideas, accept suggestions and create a solution indicates creativeness.  I also insist on living by a personal code of ethics, integrity is my foundation especially due to he fact that I make judgements of others based on their genuineness.
Punctuality and attendance define responsibility in my judgement which is why I strive for optimum performance in both arenas. Knowing that I can be depended on is a valuable definition of of worth.  My kindness is one of my most important strengths. At times, I believe I am too kind but knowing that I am making someone happy with this characteristic is comforting.
