46 years old Asian male,H/11, non-smoker, no history systemic diseases. Patient presented with heavy supra and subgingival calculus deposition.He was classified as heavy type 11 periodontitis with localized 7mm pocket, moderate bleeding upon probing. Gingiva was red and spongy in texture with rolled marginal gingiva and blunted inter dental papilla. The tr took 2 visit to complete. Patent never floss in his life. So on 1st visit a meticulous oral hygiene instructions were given and completed scaling and root planning on Ur and LR quadrant. During 2nd visit review the gingival condition on UR and LR quadrant- gingiga was red with minimal bleeding on probing. This visit completed UL and LL quadrant. Completed air-polishing for removal of stain.5% NaF varnish was applied. Patient placed on 3 months recall visit.

37 years old South Asian female, diagnosed with Diabetes 5 years ago, taking insulin(20 iu) 2 times a day.Patient was classified as H/11.Patient had generalized pocket depth 4 to 5 mm with localized 7mm pocket depth.Patient had complain pain on tooth#3.Upon taking the full mouth xray it was revealed that patient had periapical lesion on #3.A referrel had given. The treatment was completed in two visits. Placed patient in 3 months recall.

Case study 3- My big motivational success.

19 years old feame, no history of systemic diseae.Patient had moderate generalized gingival inflammation with severe bleeding on probing, classified as H/1.Patient had severe dental anxiety. One year ago patient diagnosed with anxiety disorder and took psychotherapy session. On 1st visit to educate the patient many visual aid was used. This time UR and LR quadrant was completed.Nv was appointed after 2 weeks.The improvement of gingival condition was explained to patient and let the patient to compare with other non-complete site. Patient also noticed less bleeding on brushing. Based on her gingival condition a power Tb was recommended.A referral was given for evaluation of impacted teeth.

33 years old African- American, H/1 with red pigmented gingiva. On IO exam bilateral mandibular tori and exostosis was noticed. Scaling and root planning was completed in one visit.
