To whom it may concern,
Thank you for talking with me in my interest for a position as a clinical Nurse in your hospital. I am presently working with a nursing agency that specializes in home care and would like to transition to hospital care. I do enjoy working with patients who have all types of complaints, re: psychiatric, medical surgical or hospice as well as orthopedic and wound care. During last August and September I spent three weeks working on two cases in a hospital in New York city and while there, I watched and interacted with a wonderful team of nurses who gave exceptional care to my patients. I also got to observe the physicians, physical therapists and social workers who were very comforting and attentive.
I am a registered nurse with an associateā€™s degree and attending the New York City College of Technology. I am expecting to complete my baccalaureate degree in nursing by the spring of 2014. I have had clinical rotations in Bellevue hospital for psychiatric, Metropolitan Hospital for obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics, Mount Sinai for medical surgical 1 and Roosevelt for medical surgical 2. In my licensed practical nurse clinical, I attended the kateri nursing home and Lincoln hospital.
I look forward to an interview to discuss my education and experience and I thank you for your attention and consideration.

Sincerely,
Helena Mc Donnell
