This patient was my first prophy-jet candidate. He had quit smoking a month before and I was excited to give him a clean, bright smile to complement his positive, new lifestyle choice!
This patient had never been to a dentist and was 28 years old, Type II, heavy deposit and severe betel leaf staining.
