Gemination of #1
This is a normal abnormality of the tooth development where the tooth has 2 crowns and one root. To determined gemination a radiograph is necessary because fusion has the similar features as gemination clinically.

Periapical pathology tooth #10
PAP has extended to apex of the #9 distal. Patient states the tooth is sensitive to cold and painful upon light pressure at the fistula site. Referral was given to the patient

For this procedure the Colgate optic whitening professional were used. Patient shade previous to treatment was A1, after the treatment the new shade B1.
