I am a firm believer in believing in yourself. When I hear someone say they can’t do something or that they are not good enough, or just want to quit I try to reassure them that they can. I have been through a lot, people have yelled at me, telling me I will never be good enough in the kitchen. Which has made me the person I am today, I always want to make sure everything I do is what I consider my all. If it’s not I can handle some positive criticism. I just like to reassure people they can do what they set their mind to. I wish I had someone to give me a positive outlook on things when I thought I was not going to be good enough for anything. The kitchen is a tough place to work in. But I love it! I love being able to challenge myself and impress myself, also I am always learning new things. Hopefully you all can get some positive reassurance of yourself from this!
