Overall, I view the goal of actively involve students in the learning process as a central priority. Since I started at City Tech, I have sought to introduce and incorporate a number of new resources with the goal of encouraging and enhancing student engagement. I have worked to learn from these experiences and to continually assess and evaluate the success of my efforts.
