hi, I’m Richard Buren I majoring in hospitality management in culinary art. I want to be a chef because I was inspired to be a chef by my mom who is also a chef for one of the daughters of the Lefrak family. I been helping my mom in the kitchen since I was a little kid. I love to cook but I’m not good at it but with practice I cant wait to be great at it. All I watch on TV is the food network ,imagining and thinking about ideas I would like to make when I have my own restaurant one day. I know being a chef is hard work but a lot of chef don’t think of it as a job but a career that they are passionate and love to do.
