Final Project Description:
This is a real-world application of starting a restaurant – as a team. Pretend your team has been hire by a restaurant investor to develop a restaurant concept for Downtown Brooklyn. This is a competitive exercise. Your research and presentation will be judged by the restaurant investor based on the following components. Your research and presentation must include the following:
Restaurant Concept, Competitive Set, Marketing Program, Beverage Program, Location Justification, Training Video.
