For this project we are building a RC car that will be control via Wii Classic remote. Using the D-pad a person can control the 2 servos which controls the view of the webcam which can livestream the
footage on to your laptop, therefore, you don’t have to follow the car to see where it is. Using the two joy sticks on the controller will control the movement of the car. You can go either UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT.
We also wanted our project to feel like a modern day car. We wanted a parking sensor in the
rear, because we can’t see what’s in back of the car, and we wanted a light in the front just in case of a scenario, such as, if it’s too dark the light will turn on so that the webcam can process the footage so a person can see on where the car is on the laptop.
