12. Solve
x + 2y = – 4
2x – y = 7
using the addition method
so I change the 2nd equation into 4x-2y=14 to cancel out y and find x which was 2 so then i plug x in which was 2 and found y which is -3. so my final answer is (2,-3). And to make sure its the right answer i just plug in x and y into the first equation and make sure it equal to -4 and i was right.
