My name is Nathaniel Bansi. I am from a small country in South America called Guyana. I come to NYCCT to seek a degree in hospitality management. I will accomplish this because like everyone else I have a goals and will try to see it through. I want to either open my own restaurant or become a head chef. I currently don’t work but, I am looking work at restaurants as a waiter, or anything in the kitchen. My favorite thing to do is either play handball with my friends, or try new and wondrous foods.
