My name is Laura Chierchia I am a student at New York City College of Technology working towards my Bachelors Degree in the Hospitality Management Department. I came into the school with an Associates Degree from Katharine Gibbs school in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have spent more than half of my life in the hospitality industry in some form. I have focused more on back on the house in food and beverage. Since I started attending City Tech I have started to expand my horizons and interests in other areas of the Hospitality industry. My enormous passion for guest service and following the the old fashion motto that the guest is always right is what guides me everyday.

I am eager to utilize my extensive knowledge of this vast and rewarding industry and my undeniable passion in sharing my beliefs that “the guest is king”. I am a natural born leader and I am ready to help recreate the industry for the modern times.
