    The rotational velocity of the motor can be set up as:

    If D = 1 ≤ X ≤ 1.5
    Motor Rotates at ± 1.0
    Elseif D = 0.25 ≤ X < 1
    Motor Rotates at ± 0.375
    Elseif D = 1.5 < X ≤ 2.0
    Motor Rotates at ± 0.5
    Else Motor Rotates at 0
    End
