Fiona Deng is a student of New York City College of Technology studying within the Hospitality Department, who hopes to one day become a successful manager within the hotel industry upon receiving her bachelor degree. She had many experiences already within the hospitality industry. When she was 14 years old, she participated a summer work program and helped clean up the Sunset Park located in Brooklyn, NY. When she was 17 years old, she started gaining hands on experience with food, especially with the Japanese cuisine and had continued working there for 2 years. When she was 19 years old, she gained many customer experiences by working as a cashier and barista in a popular Japanese café located in Midtown, New York. Now, as she turns 20 years old, she will soon learn how it is like to work in a hotel as a housekeeper for Walt Disney World.
