Course Description

Students will learn the principles of renewable and alternative energy systems and their applicability in meeting the energy needs of residential, commercial, and institutional facilities. They will be able to evaluate and compare the overall efficacy of alternative systems and to optimize the design and operation of these systems by considering sustainability, energy consumption, economics, and reliability.
