I am currently a freshman in City Tech majoring in Hospitality Management. I was initially interested in the this field during high school, where I attended Culinary Arts classes for 4 years. I participated in a C-CAP Summer Internship in corporate dining at JetBlue/MetLife along with volunteering at the C-CAP Benefit. I worked as a Kitchen Assistant in the kitchen we used for class in my school, helping out with catering events for the faculty and guests along with attaining my NYC Health Food Protection Certificate. I enjoy cooking and traveling which is why I aspire to someday own a catering business or be a general manager in a hotel.
