A) internship updates:
This weeks assignment, I am creating a sweatshirts and sweaters representing the logo design that unity for equality has using specific colors. Also, I Received good feedback with my first assignment and my supervisor like the fact that i pointed it out what I was having difficult with when i created the redesigned logo. So far I have completed 50 hours, I will make sure that ill have 120 hours before the semester ends.
B) Employment contracts
“Always read an NDA before signing” – This one stood out me because now a days when we look at contracts we just rush them and sign them to get out of the way. I feel like we need to take the time to actually Re-read. Once you sign these contracts there are no relationship between you and the person
“Its though getting out of contract” – Once you work for someone thats contract based You’re limited to do anything because theres a certain procedure that you need to follow. for example; you’re not allowed to do any client works outside of the agency.
” the employee is being put at a severe disadvantage.” Most employees feel like they can not express their talent at the place of work and this is what causes people leads into depression and anti-social and etc.
As me reading this, it was interesting to learn more in debt about contracts than just contract with average rules. it is important to Know what your getting yourself into
C) They are helpful for the employee and the employer due to the fact that it gives a better communication between them two. Once you enter at your job you are expected to follow the expectations that you and the employee has met. In most jobs employer does NOT receive any benefits once they are resigned, laid off or they choose to quit.
