My name is Chun Lee, I am currently working with British Airways for almost 6 years as a customer service agent. I have an A.A degree in Liberal Arts and now working towards B.A of Hospitality Management. I love to work with people and gain knowledge every single day. I hope this degree will help me grow more in the airline industries. I work with people everyday, solving needs from diverse people everyday which help me inprove my abilities in judgment, organizing, interpersonal skills, and how to be a team player.
