My interest is culinary arts. I want to become an executive chef and one day open up my own restaurant. I worked on achieve this long term goal back in high school. I took four years of culinary arts and joined a program C-CAP. Through this program, I participated in various events and have done internships that have helped me improve my skills and go further with my development in the field of culinary arts. Nope only have i acquired skills in the kitchen, I have also learned professional skills such as write a resume, how to do interview, proper manners etc. I will always continue to improve and do whatever it takes to reach my goals.
