I think that fiction is literary work created through the use of imagination. We should read fiction because it allows you to be more creative. Through the use of fiction, you can make up a story and you can always lure your reader in with a captivating plot. Fictional stories can also reflect your personal life. You might be facing an obstacle that is similar to a character in a book. You’ll be able to see how that character dealt with their dilemma. Fiction can also be used as an escape from the real world.

Fiction is a work of passion. Its your imagination in words. Its like a portal to another world in which you can be free and be yourself and no one is there to judge you. Fiction is soo much better than non fiction because its fantasy. Its awesome! In my opinion we should read it because it can help us to see a different perspective on the minds of other people. It shows a deeper side of the person who wrote it because we get to see into that persons imagination (you have to have one if you can create fiction work!). Plus it makes for a really good read if you have a really good book!. 🙂

Heyy everyone, im Tiana 🙂 and im majoring in Liberal Arts and Sciences , however im leaving real soon to study Physician’s Assistant. Fiction is make-believe. Stories made up by writers to tell about what they think and feel… It almost always goes further, though… So many writers’ tales, whether fantasy or not, comes from some personal experience and is then adapted to the genre they are comfortable in. Take Star Wars, for example, so many of George Lucas’ elements to the movie and lore can be traced to Greek mythology and the oppression of Nazi Fascism, we see this in the mysterious “force” and in the hero’s journey that Luke Skywalker undertakes and the Emporer along with his “storm troopers”, respectively.

Fiction is and can be anything and everything… That’s what makes it so interesting…
