Learning Self-Analysis for the program

The Baccalaureate program teaches more than clinical skills. Its emphasis has been focused on leadership, management, community nursing, and nursing research. It has enhanced my communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. The BSN program also help to prepared to practice in a variety of settings from home care to case management.

The most fun part of the program is meeting all the RNs from different facilities. It has served as a platform and support group for us to address our daily struggles at workplace, or discuss current professional issues in nursing today.
