Investment

Investment in education by government and businesses will be beneficial in reducing the skills gap. otherwise we will be facing a situation where man power is there but they are not trained for the required position. Training the new generation of work force is vital in making sure that they are aligned with future jobs demand. (Mason, 2019)

STEM

STEM programs should be prioritize as a way of training for new skills. It combines in class learning with hands on training so students can have a chance to experience real work problems. (Lazio, Ford, 2019)

Workforce

Companies also need to focus on training current workforce so they can easily transition into new roles because hiring new talent will be tougher than retaining the existing employees. (Mason, 2019)
