Hydraulic Fracturing is the process in which 1-8 million gallons of water, sand, and many chemicals are pressured down into the ground to break a layer of rock that will extract natural gas. The natural gas that is extracted is then concealed and sent off to the market. Many residents who live around these Hydraulic Fracturing sites have noticed strange odors, flammability and/or change of color in their water, and believe that chemicals used in the process are to blame.
Great sources above. However, Fracking wasn’t one of the topics for our research project, just so you know. Many of the articles you’ve listed above give good interpretations of the situations around Fracking, and you could easily find editorials on this subject, which would give unique viewpoints on the issue.
Which topic from our assigned list do you think you’ll research?

Yes please — post again in regards to the Facebook topic, or check out any of the new research topics I’ve posted and see if you want to do one of them.

Something interesting about Looking at the different articles about President Obama and Governor Romney policies is that foreign policy and national security is becoming a bigger issues. President Obama national security policies keeps the American people safe making everyone feel protected. While Romney says that President Obama’s first term has only made the Middle East more dangerous. But he have yet to give a well known statement discussing his own foreign policy.
Looks good. How do you think the sources above deal with your topic differently? Can you detect bias in any of the articles? Which articles are most informative?
