Good evening class, this will just be an overview of what my clinical group has come up with so far for our project
9/3/13- We were oriented to the center, why it was founded, the group it caters to. We had a meeting with Bob (the manager) dates, schedule of activities, went over politician contact list, spoke on different ideas of what we will do, Set the due dates for everything.
9/10/13- Everyone was assigned specific assignments what the’y’ll be doing, who we will contact, brainstorming of ideas, people who might donate so we can fill the goodie bags. Acquired goodie bags, spoke about census of community, and who we have to serve.
9/17/13- Made all the flyers, finalized invitation letters, got approval from Bob awaiting the official Stein Center Template to put invitation on
9/24/13- Integrated with the activities to assess the needs of the senior citizens within the center, based on this we will know what vendors to contact. Spoke to Theressa from crime victim services about our health fair and her participation.
