I truly believed that nursing is a dynamic profession and lifelong learning is important for nurses to stay current with the increased complexity of the health care needs of today and into the fut

I must admit that continuing my education to Baccalaureate degree in Nursing was a critical decision due to time constrains and financial struggles. Although there are some obstacles, I also concede that pursuing my degree to higher level is very beneficial. My knowledge about management of care not only improved but also expanded. Leadership style and how to calculate the unit budget are very important factors that I learned aside from coping the nursing workforce issues. My perspectives about nursing roles in administrative level and public health are also intensified. I also acquired skills and abilities to integrate knowledge from theory and research, and achieved foundation for graduate study. I am convinced that I promoted myself through  education and now prepared to handle more significant responsibilities of managing human needs.

I am thankful to all my experienced classroom and clinical professors who nurture, guide and develop me to be more cognizant to the critical aspects of nursing. They are distinguished role-models. They also convey effective teaching styles in a very professional manner. I will sustain this learning experience and rest assure to carry it out wherever my profession brings me.
