Holistic Approach to Wellness

I introduce an holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being – the result of consciously choosing to live a quality life.  Participants discuss various holistic approaches to wellness including, meditation, deep breathing, aromatherapy, healthy eating, and physical wellness. Participants learn how to utilize these methods and have the opportunity to practice them in their homes.  They learn how to use these strategies to cope with feelings of stress, anxiety, depression to achieve relaxation and calmness, which can be transferred to their children. They learn how to practice some mindfulness meditation of how to live in the moment and allow the body to feel what it is experiencing. The benefits of this group Wellness self- management, is to develop better coping skills to improvement of self-esteem, empowerment, self-awareness and to have control over one life.
