This course provided an introduction to the world of management, equipping students with comprehensive knowledge about managing within organizations. I learned the essential principles, ideas, approaches, and techniques used by managers, integrating concepts from various disciplines. The course also highlighted the evolving changes in management and prepared me to navigate the challenges managers face in today’s dynamic work environment. Additionally, the course aimed to improve my writing skills, ensuring I could effectively communicate within a managerial context.
