BUS 1122: BUSINESS LAW

This course provided a historical overview of the sources of law as they relate to business procedures, with a focus on the formation, operation, performance, and discharge of contracts.  It included a survey of local and federal courts and their roles in the legal system.  I gained an understanding of key areas of substantive and procedural law that govern relationships between individuals and business organizations, equipping me with foundational knowledge for navigating legal aspects in the business environment.
