Perspectives in Hospitality Management was one of the first classes I took with this department. It was really interesting, I enjoyed the professor’s personal anecdotes and the culinary tour she gave us at Whole Foods(?). I can’t remember which store it was for sure.
We had projects that required a lot of research. One of the projects that has stuck with me was a photo-journalism documenting a neighborhood of our choice. It helped me to really see my neighborhood from a different lens (no pun intended) and feel like I actually belong in Hamilton Heights.
