Working my internship has felt very flexible in many ways so far. Attire at the company is informal so I can wear anything I want really. Our space is open and everyone has their own desk to work at. We can take a lunch break whenever we’d like, otherwise I just like to eat a snack while I’m working. Most people come in around 9 and leave sometime before 5:30 as it’s very flexible to your needs; If someone needs to leave early or come in late, we simply send an email to the team acknowledging it. Also we can work remote whenever we need to, but again you just need to acknowledge when doing so.
