General information:
Located on the fifth floor in the Voorhees building:
Along the corridors, you can find personal lockers, classrooms, computer labs, machine shop, and research labs.
These are the lobby, reception desk, Chair office, and conference room. You can find useful information including advisement schedule, job opportunities, seminar/workshop announcements, some of the class projects, publications, news, and achievements of our Department. You can seek help from the Department Chair and secretary. If you make a left turn, you will find the faculties’ and staffs’ offices. The students’ club room is located at the end of this area.
Highlights:
Machine shop in V502. As a future mechanical engineer, you will use a lot of time to learn, and familiar with the various machines and the corresponding manufacturing methods including traditional ones and cutting-edge ones.
The workshop in V508 provides a space for senior design and students’ clubs.
