Stress is a natural course to the life of a college student. Basicaly stress is a mental wear and tear on the body and mind (Joyce V.Fetro, Personnal and Social skills, 2000).

some ways to prevent stress are:

1- Eat healthy food.

2- Exercise Regularly.

3- Avoid consuming high amount of caffeine.

4- Get good amount of sleep and rest.

5- Learn relaxation techniques

(meditation, playing with stress ball, or counting from 1 to 10)

6- Talk to someone.

7- Avoid negative talk.

(like my grades will never get any better)

All academic advisors can provide help or can direct you to right tutoring.

+Problem relaxation

Many campuses provide massage therapy for free in a certain day and time.

+ Health concerns

There is always a health services that are available to answer health concern or issues.

+ Depression/ anixety

In addition to the health services, the college campus may provide counseling and psychiatric services.

+ Time management

The student services office can help in this area.

+ Eating and weight management

Campus usually provide a fitness center that might have fitness experts or counsels.
