These graphs show the comparison between what type of websites receive the most engagement on Facebook and Twitter. As you can see, fake news websites tend to get more views than the others. Websites also receive monetization based on how many times they’re viewed. In a sense, we see how spreading fake news in the industry is very lucrative.
