I know rehearsal dates will be added when it gets closer to the performance but I made my schedule according to the initial set of rehearsals.

November

3^rd-4^th – Receive Light Plot

10^th – 17^th – Work on & Complete Instrument Schedule and Hookup

18^th – 23^rd – Work on & Complete Magic Sheets

23^rd – Move and hang fixtures

24^th – 29^th – Work on & complete Cue Breakdown

December

By the 14^th have majority of light cues recorded

21^st – 22^nd make any changes before full run rehearsals

January

3^rd – Full Run

4th –Full run for Video and Photos

10^th– Final Rehearsal (full run)

11^th– Show
