Coming Out Day

Purpose of the Event:
In this event, some staff from the Counseling Services Center as well as some other students will share either their own experiences with coming out, or the event (or events) they experienced with others, that encouraged them to become allies. The purpose of the event is to share experiences and point of views about what it’s and how it feels to be out to people that know you from some time, maybe all your life, and what happened when you reveal this part of yourself to them.
