Evaluating my performance at Thrive Collective I would say I am good. When asked to show up for projects and events I do so on time and with a smile on my face. I get along with everyone in the office and I ask
how could I help them whether it is an artist, researcher, event planner or my supervisor, Jeremy. I try to go beyond what my job title is to help Thrive Collective and its members because I believe in their cause. I do the projects presented to me and even though they are not given with an urgent deadline I make one up and stick to it. What I do need to work on more is reaching out for help and stop being fearful of the critique of my work.
